Verified August 27, 2026. These pages target exact file-size problems from application, exam, job, visa, and document-upload workflows. UseCOS resizes and compresses files locally, but it cannot guarantee acceptance by SSC, UPSC, NTA, IBPS, RRB, IRCC, USCIS, university, employer, or other portals because upload rules can change by notice, country, form, file type, and submission year.
